The firm's sole interest is in acquiring industrial and R&D properties in the greater Bay
Area. This includes the Bay Area north to Santa Rosa, east to Livermore, and south to
Morgan Hill. We will invest in the Central Valley and Sacramento areas in residential land
development opportunities when the single-family housing market is in equilibrium.
