ADMINISTRATION
Client Communications We provide written communication on a quarterly
basis as to the progress each investment is making toward its goals and further provide
any relevant information regarding market conditions, financing environment and/or
opportunities relating to the investment.
Management Most of the assets acquired are single tenant. All management,
administration and quarterly distributions are done out of our offices in San Francisco
and are directly overseen by the Managing Partners.
Fees The Firm is paid reasonable fees for the acquisition and management of
individual assets. Principal compensation is paid subject to a preferred return being paid
on existing capital and then we share as a portion of ongoing profit distributions with our
capital partners. The size of the preferred return and the percentage of our subordinated
participation increases with the risk and complexity of the transaction.
